hunar k rang takes two kinds of payment: UPI, or cash handed to the delivery agent. Nothing else.

UPI

Scan the QR code at checkout or type your UPI ID. The approval happens inside your own payment app — we never see a PIN and never hold one. Your order is confirmed once the payment reflects against it. A payment made twice by mistake is returned 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the courier at the door, no extra charge. Please keep the exact amount ready; delivery staff seldom carry change for large notes. A refused COD parcel counts as a failed delivery and comes back to us.

Not accepted here

No credit cards, no debit cards, no net banking, no wallets and no PayPal. We hold no card data of any kind. If a message claims to be from this shop and asks you to enter card details, it is not from us — forward it to care@hunarkrang.shop.

Prices and tax

• Every price is in Indian Rupees and covers the goods themselves.
• Delivery is free above ₹699 and a flat ₹49 below it.
• GST. This shop is not registered for GST — our turnover has not reached the applicable registration threshold — so GST is not charged separately anywhere in the cart, and no GST tax invoice carrying a registration number can be issued for an order. What the product page shows is the amount payable, with nothing added at checkout.

Bulk and workshop orders

Craft teachers and studios often want quantities beyond what the cart allows. Write to care@hunarkrang.shop with the item and the quantity — payment still runs through UPI, and the same tax position above applies to the order.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and the payment step happens inside your UPI app, not on our page. Nobody from this shop will ever ring you for an OTP, a PIN or remote access to your phone.
