Before the parcel is handed to the courier you can cancel for any reason, free.

Before dispatch

• Email care@hunarkrang.shop or call +91 74705 34049 with the order number.
• No cancellation fee and no restocking charge.
• We pack within 1-2 business days, so tell us early — heavy tubs and mural tubes are often booked with the courier the same afternoon.

After dispatch

Once the courier holds it we cannot recall it. Either refuse the delivery, or take it in and return it within 10 days under the Return & Refund Policy.

Getting the money back

A prepaid order cancelled before dispatch is refunded in full to the original UPI ID or bank account within 5-7 business days. A Cash on Delivery order simply closes — there is nothing to return.

If the cancellation is ours

Sometimes a tub arrives split from our supplier, or a mural design goes out of print between orders. We write to you first, offer an alternative, and refund in full if you would rather not wait. We never swap in a different design on our own judgement.
