Paying

How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. No cards, net banking or wallets.

Is there a fee for Cash on Delivery?
No.

Can you give me a GST tax invoice?
No. We are not registered for GST because our turnover is below the applicable registration threshold, so GST is not charged separately on the order and a GST tax invoice with a registration number cannot be issued — the price on the page is the amount payable, and nothing is added at checkout.

Materials

Is the silica gel reusable?
Yes, on the packs that say so. Once it stops drawing moisture it is dried in an oven at a low temperature following the instructions on the tub, then used again. It is a drying agent — keep it away from children and never eat it.

Do you sell the resin itself?
We sell the moulds, the tools and the finishing pieces. Epoxy resin and hardener are not part of our catalogue.

Are the moulds food-safe?
They are craft moulds for resin casting. Do not use them for food unless the product page states food-grade use.

Will the mural stick on a textured or freshly painted wall?
Peel-and-stick film needs a smooth, dry, fully cured wall — allow new paint about three weeks. On sand-finish or rough plaster the adhesive will lift at the edges.

Delivery and returns

How soon will it come?
Handling 1-2 business days, then 2-4 business days business days to metro cities and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Estimates, not fixed dates.

How long do I have to return something?
10 days from delivery, unused and in its original packing.

What can I not return?
Opened consumables such as silica gel, part-used kits, and mural film that has been cut or applied.
