Craft supplies are heavy, powdery or long-rolled, and each of those travels differently. This page says what delivery costs, how long it takes, and how we pack the awkward items.

What delivery costs

• Free on orders of ₹699 and above.
• Flat ₹49 below that figure, to any pin code we serve in India.
• Cash on Delivery carries no surcharge.

How long it takes

Those are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are picked the next working day. Workshop or exhibition deadline coming up? Order with a week in hand — monsoon weeks slow the road network out of Madhya Pradesh and we will not promise a date the courier has not promised us.

Packing the awkward items

• Silica gel for flower preserving ships in its sealed tub inside a double-taped carton; the tub is the storage container, so keep it.
• Silicone moulds travel flat between boards. A mould that arrives with a slight curve relaxes back within a day at room temperature — that is the material, not damage.
• Mural rolls and acoustic panels go in a tube or a rigid flat box. Long parcels are sometimes handed to a separate courier service, and their tracking updates less often.
• Mirror pieces and glass for lippan and mosaic are counted, bagged and cushioned. Count them against the pack size on the product page when the parcel opens.

Where we ship from and to

Everything leaves our unit in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh and goes anywhere in India that our courier partners reach. We do not ship outside India.

Tracking, and when delivery fails

• A tracking number is emailed at dispatch; it can stay blank for a day before the first scan.
• Addresses can be corrected before dispatch only — check the pin code and phone number at checkout.
• After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us. We refund the goods; the delivery already spent is not refunded.
