We keep what an order needs and no more, and this page lists it item by item.

What reaches us

• Name, delivery address, pin code, phone and email — the courier cannot deliver without them.
• The UPI transaction reference for prepaid orders. No card number, CVV or PIN ever reaches this shop.
• Emails and messages you send, kept while a query or return is open.
• Server logs and the cookies the cart needs to remember what you added.

Why we hold it, and who else sees it

To pack, deliver, refund and answer questions. Your name, address and phone go to the courier because delivery is otherwise impossible. The payment provider sees the transaction reference; the hosting provider stores the site data. Nobody else, unless a lawful authority requires it. We do not sell or rent data and we run no advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and consumer-protection rules require; general correspondence for two years. Ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep and we will do it.

Your rights

Indian data protection and information technology legislation gives you the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it erased where we need not keep it, and to withdraw consent. Write to care@hunarkrang.shop and we answer 1 business day.

Cookies

Used for the cart and for basic traffic counting. Block them and the only effect is a cart that forgets its contents.
