Tell us within 10 days of delivery and an unused item can come back. Materials that have been opened and used are the exception, and this page is specific about which.

The window

• 10 days from delivery to raise it with us. The parcel itself may reach us later.
• Refunds go out 5-7 business days, to the source the payment came from.
• Reverse pickup where our courier serves the pin code; otherwise post it back and we reimburse the postage against the receipt.

Condition we can accept

• Unused and unopened, in the original box, tub or roll wrap.
• Kits complete — a 1,200-piece mirror kit returns as a full kit, not a part-used one.
• Mural rolls unrolled but not cut and not stuck. Once the backing is peeled and applied to a wall the item cannot be resold and cannot be returned.

What cannot come back

Opened silica gel and other consumable media, part-used resin kits, cut mural lengths, and any item ordered in a custom size. These are not defects — they are goods that cannot be sold again once opened. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer.

Damaged, wrong or short

Film the parcel as you open it and email care@hunarkrang.shop within 48 hours with photographs of the outer carton. Short counts on mirror or mosaic packs are settled the same way: the video decides it quickly. Without it we can only go by the courier report.

Handmade variation is not a fault

Lippan boards, mosaic glass and ceramic beads vary piece to piece in shade and edge finish, and resin moulds carry faint seam lines from casting. Print colour on mural sheets can differ slightly between production runs, so order a full wall in one go. Each product page states the material, the pack size and the dimensions so you can judge before ordering.

How refunds travel

• UPI orders — back to the same UPI ID or bank account.
• Cash on Delivery — by UPI or bank transfer to an account in the buyer’s own name. We never ask for a card number, CVV or OTP.

Warranty

We provide no additional warranty through our store. Where a product page reports a manufacturer warranty, it applies on its own terms and we will help you use it.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange. If you would like a different item, return the unused piece in its original packaging within the return window for a refund and place a fresh order.
